Registration & Practical Information


Location: The workshop will be held in the old building of the Ovidius University of Constanta, Romania, located at Bd. Mamaia 124, Constanta.


Registration:  Early registration by May 14, 2010 will insure a reduced registration fee of 200 lei (275 lei with three lunch meals included) and lower hotel rates or access to the student hostel.  Late registration (by July 07, 2010) rates are 250 lei (325 lei with three lunch meals included).  The members of the Romanian Physical Society benefit from a 30 lei reduction of the registration fee.  The fee includes the book of abstracts, the welcome party, the dinner party and the coffee breaks.  A restricted number of students from Balkan or other countries, recommended by their scientific coordinators, will benefit from some financial support (travel expenses excluded).


Note that, in case of multiple submissions by the same author, one registration fee can cover at most two contributions.

To have a clear evidence of the payments please submit by e-mail to ibwap@ a scanned copy of the money order stating, when the payment is made for more persons, details regarding who is covered and for what expenses.  If you need an official invoice from the university please provide the necessary information (affiliation, address, CIF, etc.).


Accomodation:  The hotel rates at the beginning of July are relatively high both in Constanţa and in the summer resort of Mamaia.  Nearby the Ovidius University of Constanţa is Hotel Megalos, and within 1 km Hotel Millenium and Hotel Royal, etc.  In Mamaia we recommend Hotel Perla, located conveniently at the southern limit of the resort. If you prefer to make reservations at lower rates through the workshop secretariat or if you want to stay in the student hostel of the university please register before May 14, 2010.
